Todd,

We just want to thank you, again, for your caring and compassion shown towards us during a difficult time. We felt you were truly concerned about our departed loved one, Ed Katasabek, and you helped to guide us through the process with patience and thoughtfulness. We appreciate all you’ve done to ease our concerns. You’ve done a beautiful job on everything!

To everyone at Heartland,

I just wish to thank everyone for the concern and outstanding acts of kindness you gave my parents Russ and Carol Bass at the passing of my brother Bruce Bass.

Right from the moment they walked thru your doors to the above and beyond the call of duties after his passing. Everybody was so kind and caring and I understand why you do the things you do. It takes special people to do this and I am most grateful you were there to help.
